Order
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We try to get you your order as fast as we can, which means that if you want to change or cancel your order, contact us via Help Center as soon as you can, otherwise it might already be on its way. If it’s not already headed your way, we’ll do whatever we can to help.
Once an order is processed or shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Once it's confirmed that the package is being returned, contact via our Help Center to arrange for an updated order to be sent to the correct address. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address when placing future orders.
Returns & Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Visit our Help Center to start a return, before sending any items to see if you are eligible for a return/refund. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us through our Help Center within 7 days of delivery. Please send 2-3 pictures or video of the issue and we will help you exchange or return the item. Once the defected item has been received in its original packaging at our warehouse we will process the replacement.
