How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@meetludist.com or visit our Help Center.
- Provide your order number and the email address used for the order.
- Don’t have this info? Share your name, shipping address, and the items to return.
Requirements
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts and accessories.
- Missing packaging may result in shipping/restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 7 days via our Help Center with photos/videos of the issue.
- Depending on the issue, we’ll replace parts, send a new item, or process a refund (after returning all parts).
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued after inspection, minus applicable fees (if any).
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect.
